Who We Are & What We Do

Founded in 1999, CT Commercial Paper, LLC, aka Carolina Paper Converters, is headquartered in Oakboro, North Carolina and is a full-service tissue and towel converter. We operate a 275,000 square foot manufacturing facility and a 300,000 square foot distribution center in North Carolina. We also have a distribution facility in California.

Our Oakboro, North Carolina manufacturing facility is home to 9 converting lines with a combined annual capacity of 8 million cases of product per year. Our products are made from sustainable FSC-certified virgin pulp including bath tissue, jumbo roll tissue, paper towels, hardwound towels, napkins, facial tissue and folded towels. All of our recycled products are Green Seal certified and contain up to 100% post-consumer waste substrates.
